Located in Nago, inside an exclusive residential complex in Casa Clima, Amarillys Apartment is a newly built home, equipped with solar panels and heat pumps, floor-mounted air conditioning, dehumidifier and constant air exchange. Internal

Just 2 km from the beaches of Torbole, this bright and welcoming four-room apartment consists of: open space with large satellite TV, large kitchen, three bedrooms each with private bathroom, bicycle storage and private parking.

All bedrooms have direct access to the terraces and are equipped with air conditioning.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, electric moka, dishwasher and everyday appliances.
It is equipped with an independent dehumidifier that is constantly operating throughout the apartment and continuous air recirculation. Bright and comfortable with a panoramic view of the Trentino mountains: everything is ready to welcome you!

External

The apartment has balconies facing north-east and a habitable terrace facing south-west: each room overlooks a panoramic view. The accommodation is located in the splendid setting of Lake Garda: Torbole is only 2 km away and can be reached via cycle paths or comfortable trails. The area is well served by buses: the bus stop is only 400 m away. In the town centre, 500 m away, you will find a market, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bicycle rental. There are also climbing walls, paths to climb Mount Baldo and a cycle path connects Mori with Limone passing through Nago. In Riva del Garda you can visit the wonderful Varone waterfalls. The Rovereto train station is 15 km away: here if you love art you can visit the MART, Trento is only 30 km away and Verona, with its airport, is 50 km away.

Golden Wind House

Located in the historic center of Nago, inside a building dating back to the early 1900s, the Golden Wind House has recently been completely restored. It features high-quality finishes, white antique larch floors and designer modern. The thick walls keep it cool in the summer and the large open space overlooking the square allows for plenty of light. The spacious panoramic terrace, with a view of the mountains and the ancient lemon house, awaits you for a comfortable break, a meal or an evening aperitif.

Internal

The interior is composed of a welcoming and large open space, consisting of a living area, equipped with every comfort and a double sofa bed, and a kitchen made of walnut by artisans from Bergamo, which is also equipped with everything needed for cooking. From the sleeping area you access a study with 80s design furniture, the laundry room, the travertine stone bathroom with shower and bathtub. Finally, the double bedroom from which you access the large panoramic terrace.

External

The house is accessed via five steps, the large panoramic terrace is accessible from the bedroom. The laundry room is located in an external and covered area, next to the study. There is also a storage room for bicycles, surfboards and suitcases. There are two free parking spaces about 300 m away, however the house has its own private and reserved parking space at the Amarillys Apartment (600 m). In the historic square of Nago there is still a fountain, with drinkable mountain water always available, and a church from 1902. Crossing the square you can go towards the path that leads to Mount Baldo or, through the 17th century mule track "Santa Lucia", it is possible to go down to Torbole through olive groves. From here you can observe a truly breathtaking view! The town center is 500 m away: supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, pizzeria, bank, football pitch and bowling green.
